Questions for Kate from CLASP members:
Q: "What is your favourite cake and why?"
A: "I have two favourite cakes – carrot cake in the winter as it fills me up and goes nicely with a hot chocolate when it is cold, and lemon drizzle cake in the summer as I find the sharpness of the lemon butter filling and the crispy lemon sugar drizzle refreshing."

Q: "Have you ever met anyone famous? if so, who?"
A: "When I was younger, at the weekends and in the school holidays, I used to work at a stable in Winkfield looking after the horses and take groups of people out for rides in Windsor Great Park. On one occasion we met The Queen who was also out riding her horse, we recognised her straight away as she always wore a head scarf when out riding. The Queen nodded at us and smiled and asked us if we were all enjoying our ride. We were so surprised to see The Queen that we were all lost for words! Eventually we managed a ‘yes thank you, hope you are enjoying your ride too’!

Q: Where is your top holiday destination and why?"
A: "My top holiday destination would be Thailand, often referred to as paradise on Earth. I have not been yet but would like to go to see their stunning beaches, breathtaking natural scenery and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. I would also like to experience their culture and delicious cuisine."
