Anna Overd

I have the wonderful job of working with CLASP members on all our projects and campaigns. The members decide what campaigns and projects they want to do, and I support them to self-advocate and make life better for people with learning disabilities in Wokingham.
I coordinate our events and contact other organisations to come and talk to us about our chosen topic.
I also coordinate meetings with Wokingham Borough Council, so we can give our feedback on local regeneration projects and raise awareness of the needs of people with disabilities and ensure their needs are met where possible.
I organise our fundraising activities, arrange for donations from local businesses and support our Listen to Us campaigning group members to update our training content and to deliver our training to schools, social services and other organisations.
I update and maintain CLASP records and support Debs the CLASP Manager with the day to day running of CLASP.
I love sunny days, long walks and good food.
